Ben has spent 10 years in the field of property development funding offering developers solutions in site acquisition loans. construction funding via senior debt, mezzanine funding and preferred equity, and residual stock lands.
Projects covered can be land subdivision, apartments, build to rent medical centres, office buildings, suburban retail, student accommodation and 4-5 star hotels.
Ben can also offer commercial term loans for stabilised income buildings from non banks.and foreign banks.
With each request for funding, Ben find it essential to dissect the figures to determine the LVR or if more equity is required put an information memorandum together and be able to correct any misunderstanding a lender may have about the project.
Dhruv is an experienced investment professional with a strong background in private banking and client relationship management. Dhruv was BNZ Private Banker, working closely with high-net-worth clients to deliver tailored banking and investment solutions.
Before moving to New Zealand, Dhruv built expertise in sales, business development, and account management with multi-national organizations like Standard Chartered Bank, India, working as a Business Development Manager in their Priority Banking sector.
